1. Where are you located?

2. What are your business hours?

Client coordinator / Front Desk is available: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm Saturday: 8 - 3pm Clinicians may be available beyond those hours via website chat. To find out more about a specific office give us a call or send a message or email.

3. Can I bring someone with me?

Sure!!! Bring someone to your appointment for morale support. Depending on the sensitive nature of your session, we recommend you think this through thoroughly.

4. Do you accept insurance?

Yes!!! For physiotherapy services only - All major health cards are accepted. Bring your referral. You can also ask for a claim form to be prepared.

5. What services do you offer?

- Physiotherapy - Telehealth - Health and Wellness Coaching: Fitness & Diet Management - Health Resort / Spa packages House Visits available in: Kingston & St. Andrew, St. Catherine: Portmore, Spanish Town & Linstead You can book your session online or speak to a representative.

6. How do I schedule an appointment?

Call, Text, WhatsApp or Send us an email (details at the bottom of the page) Fill out the online consultation registration form on our website, leave a reachable number and we will make contact in 24-48 business hours. Make sure to answer the phone.

7. Do I need a referral from a doctor?

Nope!!! Not if you wish to benefit from most of our services. But, if you have a specific medical condition, we may recommend getting one before starting any treatment. If you are not sure of what service you may need, call us or book an Introduction Call on your website, it's free.

8. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, visa / mastercard / keycard via payments online, or pre-approved bank transfer.
