2. What are your business hours?

Client coordinator / Front Desk is available: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm Saturday: 8 - 3pm Clinicians may be available beyond those hours via website chat. To find out more about a specific office give us a call or send a message or email.

3. Can I bring someone with me?

Sure!!! Bring someone to your appointment for morale support. Depending on the sensitive nature of your session, we recommend you think this through thoroughly.

4. Do you accept insurance?

Yes!!! For physiotherapy services only - All major health cards are accepted. Bring your referral. You can also ask for a claim form to be prepared.

6. How do I schedule an appointment?

Call, Text, WhatsApp or Send us an email (details at the bottom of the page) Fill out the online consultation registration form on our website, leave a reachable number and we will make contact in 24-48 business hours. Make sure to answer the phone.

7. Do I need a referral from a doctor?

Nope!!! Not if you wish to benefit from most of our services. But, if you have a specific medical condition, we may recommend getting one before starting any treatment. If you are not sure of what service you may need, call us or book an Introduction Call on your website, it's free.

8. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, visa / mastercard / keycard via payments online, or pre-approved bank transfer.

1. How long will will the visit take and how often will I be going to therapy??

Day 1 - an indepth evaluation, then treatment begins. We suggest 30 - 60minutes. Time needed is highly dependent on the diagnosis and severity of injury. Then 30-45 minutes for follow-up / reviews. Clients typically do therapy 1 – 3 times a week.

2. What documents are needed on the first visit?

A completed registration form is a must. In addition to this form, the following documents are required: - The referral from your physician. - Your insurance card(s) & relevant ID. - List of any medications, supplements/vitamins, herbs and reason for use. - Results of any recent and relevant diagnostic tests, MRIs, or X-rays. - If the visit is related to a liability case, please bring the contact information for your attorney.

3. Are all physiotherapists registered?

Yes!!! To practise in Jamaica one must be registered with the Council of Professions Supplementary to Medicine (CPSM - MOHW).

4. How many treatments will I need?

That is determined based on many factors. Speak with our specialists to know what is best for you.

5. I recently got an injury, How soon should I come and see you for assessment and treatment?

This is up to you!! If you have recently had surgery, suffered a stroke / heart attack / etc, your Consulting Physician should advise you on when is best to start your physiotherapy. If you are not sure - book a free consultation and we can give some advice.

8. Do I need a referral from a doctor to see a physiotherapist?

Yes, you should get a referral from a doctor to see a physiotherapist, it is required by law in Jamaica.

9. What should I wear to a physiotherapy session?

You should wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. We may also ask you to wear athletic shoes.

1. How long does it take to get fit?

The answer to how quickly you will see changes in your fitness and health depends on your current level of fitness and health history, and therefore, there is no definitive answer. If you are expecting to see dramatic changes like those depicted on lifestyle or reality shows, you may be disappointed. However, if you are committed to making positive changes, you can expect to see some noticeable improvements within the first 12 weeks, provided you exercise at least twice a week. For even more significant results, consider booking a personal training session three times a week. Achieving bigger goals, such as weight loss or training for endurance sports, may take six to twelve months. We recommend that you schedule an assessment with one of our trainers to determine your current fitness level and develop a personalized plan to achieve your goals, whether they are short or long-term.

2. How long are the Personal Training Sessions?

We offer 30min, 45min & 60min individual sessions while our group sessions ranging from 30mins to 60min dependant on the program.

3. What is Strength and Conditioning?

Strength and Conditioning is about taking the principles of coaching and training to develop highly effective training processes for individuals or groups. These principles can be applied to any level of athlete whether someone starting out in the gym for the first time or an elite sportsperson. Strength and Conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. They may combine several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training.

4. What do I need to wear?

Both the practical and the assessment require you to be active, due to this we would suggest you have appropriate sportswear(clothing that will not restrict your movement, comfortable fitted footwear) for both delivering and taking part in physical sessions.

5. Who can benefit from strength and conditioning training?

Anyone can truly benefit from the strength and conditioning model. This model is about developing your body which includes muscle tissue, bone health, joint stability, ligaments and tendon health, as well as the mind-body connection. Whether you are trying to work on general health or training for the Olympics, this program will benefit you.

6. Is strength and conditioning just for athletes?

No way! Strength and Conditioning has been shown to help in performance and injury prevention in almost every sport and every type of movement. If you participate or are thinking about participating in any activity listed below, strength and conditioning is for you! If you have pre-existing injuries, it's important to inform our coaches before beginning your training. This information will help us determine which exercises are suitable for you and which ones you should avoid. Rest assured that all of our coaches are highly qualified and trained to make appropriate modifications for any given injury, ensuring your safety and continued health is our top priority. We aim to work with you to correct any muscular imbalances and avoid further injury, while still progressing your health through our coaching and training. To do this, we prioritize building foundational strength before advancing to more complex movements. This approach will enable us to increase your strength and power outputs at a faster rate than you may have experienced before.
